In the context of this Tender "Integration facilities new Civic Integration Act", the municipalities of Amsterdam, Diemen and Weesp wish to purchase integration facilities for the implementation of the new Civic Integration Act. The purpose of these integration facilities is to ensure that status holders who are obliged to participate in the integration can meet their integration obligation. This tender must provide for the contracting of reliable and innovative providers who develop and implement the integration facilities in close cooperation with the municipality. With the purchased routes, permit holders who are obliged to participate in the civic integration program can complete their integration at the highest attainable level. The client aims to ensure that the integration programs of permit holders are in line with activities aimed at (labor market) participation and training. Registration is done exclusively through Negometrix.
1. Amsterdam Language StartThe Taalstart (together with the external learnability test) should provide insight into the speed with which the status holder can learn the Dutch language. In the Taalstart, the learning profile of the Participant is observed over a longer period of time. On the basis of the Taalstart, it is determined which learning route best suits the Participant. This learning route, including the duration, intensity and required municipal supervision, is recorded by the municipality in the PIP after completing the Taalstart.
2. The B1 route, the Z routeThis plot focuses on two learning routes: the B1 route and the Z route. This provides more opportunities to also strive for the highest possible language level within the Z-route and to stimulate that people in the Z-route at least on the components speak and listen at A2 level. Although the learning routes are different and require a different approach, we nevertheless bring them together in one parcel, because we expect that the transition from the B1 route or the Z route will proceed smoothly.
3. Education route: language transition path towards MBO3, MBO4, HBO and WOThe educational route in the new system has four goals:
learning the Dutch language at least B1 level, the aim is B2 level: Participants must achieve Dutch language level B1 or B2 in an average of 1.5 years; Meeting the integration obligation: Participants must have the required language level B1 and the compulsory integration components Obtaining KNM and PVT; Orientation towards further education and profession: Participants make a career and study choice and orient themselves during the educational route towards further education; Meeting the admission requirements of the further education: Participants take deficient courses and meet in approximately 1.5 years the learning outcomes required by the further education in order to be able to successfully progress to a suitable further education.
4. MBO B1 route: language transition path towards MBO entrance (level MBO1) and MBO2The Contractor of this lot offers a language switching program that prepares Participants for following an MBO2 course. The Contractor assists the Participants during the language transition process in making a professional and study choice and works on the study skills of the Participants. In addition, during the MBO entrance training, the Contractor offers an integration program that is coordinated with the MBO training and is practice-oriented and dual-purpose. The B1 route MBO must contribute to permit holders to transfer to an MBO2 course after the language transition process. In addition, status holders achieve integration at their highest attainable level by means of the B1 route, preferably at the B1 level, so that they meet the required language level that applies to further education.
