the object of the contract is the supply of foodstuffs for meals and event services
Supply of food necessary for the manufacture of meals by the central kitchen of the city, accompanied by missions to help with management. These management assistance missions concern orders and stocks of foodstuffs necessary for the production of meals as well as assistance in monitoring the application of the recommendations of the GEMRCN and the Egalim law. In addition, the Account Holder must be involved in enabling the city to comply with the requirements of the European school curriculum and event food services.
