Inherent design services:

- the feasibility study,

- the technical and economic feasibility project,

- the final and executive designs,

- safety coordination in the design and execution phase of the works and

- the management of the works related to the works of "Maintenance, rehabilitation and regeneration of the Riu Nou".

The assignment will take place through an open procedure and with the application of the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best value for money, in accordance with articles 60, 95 paragraph 3, lett. b) and 157 of Legislative Decree 18.4.2016, n. 50 cd. public contracts code (hereinafter: code) as well as in compliance with the guidelines provided by the guidelines n. 1 "General guidelines on the awarding of services related to architecture and engineering".

The main performance is that related to hydraulics D.02. The punctual description of the services as well as the contents of each project level and the methods, terms and conditions for carrying them out are contained in the preliminary document at the start of the project and in the performance specifications, which are an integral part of this Tender Regulations.
