Monetra Oy Purchasing Services will request your quote for printing services to its participating customers (hereinafter referred to as subscribers) in accordance with this invitation to tender and its appendices.

The purchase is divided into lots:

1. Leaves

2. Small print jobs

3. Large-scale printing

4. Posters, banners, etc.

5. Molded products

6. Tapes and stickers

7. PPC prints and building drawings

8. City billboard posters

9. Exhibition walls and wallpaper.

Group-specific parts offers are allowed. The entities involved in the procurement are not affiliated to the contracts of all the groups, see Appendix 2 Group-specific membership.

This Agreement does not include Scanning Services and any printing / printing services purchased for Scanning Documents under a Scanning Services Agreement.

Group 1 is asking for a quote on magazines. In Group 1, three (3) most economically advantageous service providers shall be selected to meet the needs of subscribers, subject to the availability of qualified suppliers and acceptable offers.

In Group 2, an offer for small print jobs is requested, such as brochures, booklets, activity reports, flyers, business cards, tear charts, logbooks, etc.

Group 3 is invited to bid for large print jobs, such as guides, brochures, event publications, etc. Group 3 selects the three (3) most economically advantageous service providers to meet the needs of subscribers unless there are fewer qualified suppliers and acceptable offers. Indicative specifications for large print jobs: Page size greater than A5, number of pages greater than 16 and number of copies greater than 4,000, or page size greater than B5, number of pages greater than 100 and number of copies greater than 600. The above specifications are indicative for the distinction between small and large print jobs. The Client has the right to use at his own discretion, in the case of print jobs within the confines of the above specifications, that either of the groups (Group 2. Small print or Group 3. Large print). print job invest.

Group 4 will ask for an offer of posters and banners, etc. Group 4 will select the three (3) most economically advantageous service providers to meet the needs of subscribers, unless there are fewer qualified providers and acceptable offers.

In Group 5, an offer is requested for molded products. In Group 5, three (3) most economically advantageous service providers shall be selected to meet the needs of subscribers, subject to fewer qualified suppliers and acceptable offers.

Group 6 is asking for quotation for window, wall and vehicle tape and large labels. In Group 6, three (3) most economically advantageous service providers shall be selected to meet the needs of subscribers, subject to fewer qualified suppliers and acceptable offers.

Group 7 is asking for quotes for printouts of PPC and building drawings. One (1) most economically advantageous service provider shall be selected for group 7.

Group 8 is asking for a quote on city billboard posters. Group 8 shall select one (1) most economically advantageous service provider.

Group 9 is asking for a quote on wall and wallpaper. In Group 9, the three (3) most economically advantageous service providers shall be selected to meet the needs of subscribers, subject to fewer qualified suppliers and acceptable offers. The Client reserves the right to use a trade fair organizer to select a contractor outside of this contract.
