Municipality of Borne as Contracting Authority wants to award a contract to one contractor per lot for the provision of security services with regard to the reception locations for refugees, in the form of physical man security. In this tender, the Municipality of Borne also acts as coordinator for other parties (we hereinafter refer to these as 'participants'), namely the municipalities of Dinkelland, Tubbergen, Oldenzaal, Hof van Twente and Noaberkracht Dinkelland Tubbergen. Each participant concludes a framework agreement for himself. If the Contracting Authority is mentioned in this Request for Quotation, this means the coordinator of this tender and all participants.
