The contract will be executed as a Contractor managed execution contract. The work involves modification in the existing terminal in operation on level D-D-F-I with the main part of the modification work in the northern part of the existing domestic and international arrival hall on level D and north of the security control on level F.

A comprehensive modification shall be carried out on the existing functions for establishment of i.a. new offices, storage areas, central kitchen, customs barriers etc.

The contract also comprises demolition works, including demolition of temporary fire barriers. The provisional north wall, which stretches from the arrival level up to the ceiling in the departure hall.
