This procurement includes full pension administration with customer support (pension administration, management of pension funds for direct payment, mediation service for defined contribution pension) of AKAP-KL, KAP-KL, PFA, PA-KL, OPF-KL and any benefits according to older provisions and pension schemes, including pensions elected. Extended pension support for all employees and for elected representatives. Insurance solutions are also covered by the procurement. The purpose of this procurement is for the contracting entities to sign an agreement with a supplier for both pension administration and insurance solutions and that it should be a joint supplier for all contracting entities.
