Sivilombudsmannen shall enter into contracts for the translation of texts, including in electronic format, from Norwegian to English. Sivilombudsmannen has a continuous need for such translations and the establishment of the prevention unit in 2014 has increased this need.

Sivilombudsmannen would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with three service providers, so that the framework agreement ensures capacity to carry out the continuous individual assignments.
