The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of bus parts. Supplied bus parts must be brand new, of good quality, undamaged, must not have hidden defects. Remanufactured or assembled parts with reclaimed parts may not be delivered. Supplied parts and equipment items of vehicles related to the safety of their use and environmental protection listed in Annex 3 to the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022, as amended) must meet one of the conditions set out in § 10 of the above-mentioned regulation.
