With this tender, the clients Klinikum St. Elisabeth Straubing GmbH, Barmherzige Brüder gemeinnützige Krankenhaus GmbH and Evangelische Krankenhaus Regensburg gGmbH from the Hospital Association of the Barmherzige Brüder each pursue the goal of concluding their own contract with a uniform contractor for the supply of Cisco Catalyst 9300-48U-A switches and accessories including migration, maintenance and support. Each client concludes its own contract with the same contractor and is entitled to call it off from its own contract.

The present award procedure is carried out jointly by the clients Klinikum St. Elisabeth Straubing GmbH, Barmherzige Brüder gemeinnützige Krankenhaus GmbH and Evangelische Krankenhaus Regensburg gGmbH.

With this tender, the clients each pursue the goal of concluding their own contract with a single contractor for the supply of Cisco Catalyst 9300-48U-A switches and accessories including migration, maintenance and support. Each client concludes its own contract with the same contractor and is entitled to call it off from its own contract.

The subject of this tender is the expansion of the network components and the associated expansion of the network infrastructure at 4 locations in Bavaria (Regensburg, Straubing, Munich, Schwandorf). This includes:

Delivery services in accordance with Section 3.1 of the service description:

- Delivery of a total of 236 Cisco Catalyst 9300-48U-A switches,

- for each switch, the provision of a Cisco DNA Advantage license for 3 years and

- for each switch, the permanent provision of a Cisco Network Advantage license.

- In addition, a one-time renewal option for the Cisco DNA Advantage license for 2 additional years after the end of the above-mentioned 3-year basic term must be offered for each switch.

The scope of services of the delivery services also includes:

- the delivery of 151 Cisco Catalyst 9300 8 x uplink modules,

- the delivery of 244 SFP+ SR (MMF),

- the supply of 60 SPF LRM,

- the delivery of 82 Cisco STACK-T1 stacking cables 0.5m,

- the delivery of 160 Cisco STACK-T1 stacking cables 1m and

- the supply of 21 Cisco STACK-T1 stacking cables 3m.
