1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of electricity for facilities located on the premises of the Contracting Authority, i.e. Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o.o. in Promnik, 62 Tekli Street, Strawczyn municipality within 12 months from the date of signing the contract, effective not earlier than after the effective process of changing the seller at the Distribution System Operator, The detailed scope of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997. Other conditions regarding the performance of the contract specified in the essential provisions of the contract – Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
