DL_23 - Surface treatment of various armor systems and assemblies
The framework agreement covers the surface pretreatment of various armor systems for the years 2024 - 2026.The projected demand is distributed among the armor systems and per work package as follows:Work package 1: consists of processing in the sponge jet process and the subsequent CO2 dry ice cleaning.Work package 2: consists of the 2nd CO2 dry ice cleaning immediately before the final painting.Work package 3: consists of the processing in the sponge jet process and the subsequent CO2 dry ice cleaning with billing according to expenditure on the basis of an hourly billing rate.Work package 4: consists of the second CO2 dry ice cleaning immediately before the final painting with billing according to expenditure on the basis of an hourly billing rate.The work packages are to be commissioned separately and are charged separately Rewarded. In exceptional cases, only a partial surface treatment may be required by the Quality Testing Service of the German Armed Forces. This partial surface treatment is to be invoiced by the Contractor on the basis of the agreed hourly billing rate according to expenditure. The Contractor must notify the Contractor of the expenditure before the start of work of the measure and approve it by the Client's representative. This results in the following work packages:For the respective work packages, the following forecasted quantities and hours per year are obtained:Work package 1: 24 performance unitsWork package 2: 47 performance unitsWork package 3: 130 hoursWork package 4 is further subdivided with the following hours and quantities per year:- Dry ice cleaning according to effort: 8 hours- Dry ice cleaning tow ropes: 47 power units- Dry ice cleaning hoist winch ropes BPz 2: 7 Power Units- Dry Ice Cleaning Hoist Winch Ropes BPz 3: 3 Power Units- Dry Ice Cleaning Main Winch Ropes: 13 Power UnitsThe vehicles are provided by the Client on the transport trolley (MAFI) partially dismantled, i.e. without undercarriage (chain, rollers, chain panels, swingarms and other various assemblies), engine and blade for surface pre-treatment. The engine compartment cover and boom arm belonging to the system are dismantled from the vehicle in advance and are provided separately for surface pre-treatment. The expenditure for the surface pre-treatment of the engine compartment cover and the boom arm is covered by the lump-sum remuneration for the respective overall system. The screw holes of the above-mentioned vehicle types (approx. 40 holes per system) are already closed or protected by the system repair department in the course of dismantling with suitable tools. Note: The layer thickness of the primer/varnish to be removed is between 1 mm and 1.5 mm.If the described number of systems has not been fully processed by 31.12.2026, the contractor - if the client hereby commissions him to do so by 31.10.2026 - undertakes to provide the service for the quantity still open. The contract period will be extended accordingly until all remaining systems have been processed, but no later than 31.12.2027 - whichever comes first. The client has no obligation to trigger the option, even if systems could still be processed.
