By means of this European public re-tender, Cedris wishes to conclude a framework agreement for its members with three contractors per lot for the purchase of vehicles. The contract is divided into the following lots:

1. Lot 1 concerns the purchase of passenger cars including electric passenger cars.

2. Lot 2 concerns the purchase of non-electric vans / (small) passenger buses, including 9-seater buses.

3. Lot 3 concerns the purchase of electric vans.

4. Lot 4 concerns the purchase of electric (small) passenger buses, including 9-seater buses.

An announcement regarding this contract has already been published on TenderNed. The objective was not achieved in this original tender and that is why Cedris has decided to proceed with this re-tender. See also section 1.2 of the procurement guide.

Currently, the total fleet of participants consists of 3,162 vehicles (lease + buy vehicles). In the coming period of 8 years, the vehicles will be replaced in phases. No rights can be derived from this. Each participant decides when the vehicles will be replaced and whether they will be purchased or leased. The actual number of vehicles purchased or leased may be higher or lower than the number of vehicles in the current fleet and is subject to fluctuations. The size mentioned above is only intended as an indication. The Contractor can in no way derive any rights from this. The participants have no purchase obligation and do not give a turnover guarantee.
