Execution of construction works on the basis of the developed design documentation for the task "Modernization of the production department No. 2 at the Pond Plant" along with obtaining an occupancy permit

1. The subject of the contract are: Construction works consisting in the modernization of the production department No. 2 at the Pond Plant" along with obtaining an occupancy permit.

2. A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT IS DEFINED BY:

1) Transparent design documentation containing sensitive information and classified documentation with the "RESTRICTED" clause.

The list of documentation is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ;

and

2) Detailed description of the subject of the Order/Agreement (SOPZ/U) - constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
