Description:
Purchase and delivery of ambulances.

The delivery to be carried out concerns: the provision of a new framework contract for the supply of ambulances for a period of four years coupled with a maintenance contract of eight years.

This assignment comprises two items.

Item 1: ambulance : 4,1 ton

Item 2: ambulance: 5 tons

It is the intention of the Rescue Zone Center to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor for the purchase and delivery of ambulances for a period of 4 years.

For budgetary reasons, the procurer cannot take up the exact number of ambulances to be purchased. However, the purchase for the Emergency Zone Center can vary between a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 8 ambulances. This assignment concerns one lot.

All conditions under which the framework contractor will execute the assignments, such as delivery times, method of delivery, fines, payment and the like, are laid down in the framework agreement.

After the conclusion of a framework agreement, further orders can be placed under the application of the conditions laid down in the framework agreement.

Where appropriate, orders are placed directly with suppliers by this customer.

These orders are only possible with the prior electronic approval of The Rescue Zone Centre.

In addition, the supplier must inform the leading official of Assistance Zone Center in writing or electronically of all orders on this contract by other purchasers/directs and provide him with a copy of all order documents.

Once the other customer has placed an order, this customer is also responsible for directing and supervising the order and the general follow-up of the order and further application of the specifications and the general implementation rules.

The (delivery) delivery and invoicing also goes directly to the other customer. The necessary information will be provided to the supplier in due time.

Rescue Zone Centrum is in no way liable for the content and handling of orders from other customers.

The supplier also undertakes to let the other participants of the assignment enjoy the terms and conditions of this assignment.

The assignment is further described under point IV Technical Provisions.

The conclusion of an agreement on the basis of these specifications does not give the supplier any exclusivity right. Emergency zone Center or potential customers can have other suppliers perform the same or analogous to those described in the present specifications for the duration of the contract performance. The supplier can therefore not claim any compensation.

Lots: Dividing the contract into lots is not feasible for technical reasons. This concerns the supply of ambulances with 4, 1 and 5 tonnes where the uniformity of the ambulances must be kept taking into account the maintenance and spare parts.

The assignment is further described under annex Technical Provisions.
