The subject of the tender is the conclusion of discount agreements in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V for the period from June 1, 2021 to May 31, 2023 (AOK 1 - Future Location / Environment). The tender is based on the active ingredient for 5 professionals. Each active ingredient represents its own specialist lot. For each specialist lot, eight partial lots (territorial lots) are created as specified in the tender documents. The bidders decide for themselves which specialist lot (s) and which territorial lot (s) they want to submit discount offers for. Offers can only be submitted for one, for several or for all subject and area lots. The award is made for each subject and area lot. For each specialty and non-territorial lot combination, depending on the specialty, discount agreements are concluded with up to 3 pharmaceutical companies - provided there are sufficient offers that are eligible for a bid - up to 3 pharmaceutical companies.
