- part 2 - transport boxes: Casy (SS type transport packaging) for 2 Vari Lite VL 1100 devices - 2 pcs, Casy (otSS) for 1 device VARI LITE VL 3015 LT SPOT - 6 pcs, Casy (otSS) for 1 device VARI LITE VL 3515 SPOT - 12 pcs, Casy (otSS) for 2 devices VARI LITE VLX - 4 pcs, Casy (otSS) for 4 devices DTS MAX - 3 pcs, Casy (otSS) for 2 devices MARTIN QUANTUM PROFILE - 4 pcs, Casy (otSS) for 2 devices MARTIN QUANTUM WASH - 4 pcs, Casy (otSS) for 4 devices PHILIPS SELECON PL CYC 2 RGBW - 4 pcs, Casy (otSS) for DMX cables - 1 pc, Casy (otSS) for power cables - 1 pc, Casy (otSS) for PowerCon power cables and distributors - 1 pc, Casy (otSS) for power cables - 1 item

3. Warranty period - min. 24 months.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of lighting equipment described below for the National Forum of Music Witold Lutosławski in Wroclaw. The delivery of the subject of the order should be understood as the delivery of the above items to the headquarters of the Employer or to the place indicated by the Employer.

2. In particular, the contract includes the supply of the following equipment:

a) movable head wash luminaire Clay Paky HY B-EYE K15 or equivalent - 16 sets,

b) beam effect movable head beam beam Robe Super Spikie or equivalent - 18 sets.

3. The minimum warranty period for the above devices should be min. 24 months from the date of final acceptance of the device.

4. A detailed description of the contract is provided in Annex 1 to the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Contract.

e) Cases (SS type transport packaging) for four DTS MAX devices - 3 pieces,

f) Cases (SS type transport packaging) for two MARTIN QUANTUM PROFILE devices - 4 pieces,

g) Cases (SS type transport packaging) for two MARTIN QUANTUM WASH devices - 4 pieces,

h) Cases (SS type transport packaging) for four PHILIPS SELECON PL CYC 2 RGBW devices - 4 pieces,

i) Cases (SS type transport packaging) for DMX cables - 1 item,
