This contract aims to support the Communication Department and the Operational Marketing Department.
Opco EP wishes to consolidate a strong brand identity and promote its assets, actions and messages (press, social networks, ecosystem). The objective is to bring more clarity and visibility to its action in the service of professional branches, companies and employees in its field of competence. The Communication Department also has strong stakes in internal and joint communication in order to inform and federate the 1100 employees of Opco EP and the 1,000 joint representatives involved in its bodies.
Monitoring, press relations consulting and storytellingThe expected services are services relating to monitoring, advice to the joint presidency of Opco EP (definition of media plans, building of the relationship with journalists); And this through a strong brand story, in particular by offering elements of language.
Outdoor advertising and employer branding servicesThe expected services are as follows: creation of support (writing and formatting), support on the brand identity of Opco EP, both editorial and artistic.
Internal and joint communications servicesThe objective is to contribute to federating the internal (1100 employees on 96 different sites) and parity (1000 joint representatives, employers and employees) collectives through the redesign of their intranets and the creation of dedicated media. It is also a question of ensuring good information at all levels and adherence to the broad guidelines.
The expected services relate to the creation, impetus and support in the implementation of internal and joint communication.
Creation of awareness campaign and purchase of spaceThe expected service concerns the creation of communication campaigns and media campaigns (space buying) on and off line at the same time.
