The contracting entity wishes to conclude a non-exclusive framework agreement with one supplier for the provision of media agency services. The main services of the framework agreement are set out in point II.2.4). The tender is conducted as a negotiated procedure, and the contracting entity expects to conduct 1-3 rounds of negotiations on the basis of the submission of initial tenders by the prequalified candidates. Following the completion of negotiations with all tenderers who have submitted an initial tender, tenderers are invited to submit either further initial bids or final tenders. The final tender will form the basis for the contracting entity's tender evaluation and the award of the framework agreement. The contracting entity shall grant a participation fee of DKK 70,000 excl. VAT to the tenderers who participate in the entire tendering procedure and submit a final conditional offer. The successful supplier (the tenderer to be awarded the contract) does not receive participation remuneration. The tender is conducted in Danish.
The contract is a framework agreement covering the following main services:
1) Strategic advice on media, including special advice in connection with media strategy and optimization of user journey
2) Continuous sparring and tactical advice, including 360 degree media planning as well as competence development of the client's in-house specialists
3) Execution of ad campaigns in paid offline media
4) Execution of ad campaigns in paid online media
5 )Execution of ad campaigns in other media
