The contract includes technical equipment planning services according to § 53 et seq. HOAI in conjunction with Annex 15 HOAI — ELT, ALG 4-6, service phases 1-9 for the new construction of the vocational school for nursing at the Fichtelgebirge Hospital in Marktredwitz.

Klinikum Fichtelgebirge gGmbH intends to build a new nursing school. The documents on the property enclosed with the annexes show the planned location of the new building. Initial preliminary discussions have already been held with the government of Upper Franconia. A pupil forecast of 148 pupils is expected to be the basis for the new building. The determined space requirement is also included in the tender as an abstract spatial program of the government and specifies an HNF of 1,148 m². In a preliminary investigation as a basis for voting with the government, initial floor plans have already been drafted, which are also included in the call for proposals. The entire services of the service phases 1-9 are to be provided for the project in accordance with HOAI. It is imperative to note that funding should be applied for the measure.
