Klinikum Hochsauerland GmbH needs 80 system solutions to become business carts for carrying out the mobile visit with the possibility of digital documentation, including related later service and maintenance services to modernize its hospital infrastructure in terms of patient care.

Klinikum Hochsauerland GmbH provides comprehensive and efficient healthcare and patient treatment at the highest level at four hospital locations in the Hochsauerland district, the largest area in NRW.

In particular, in order to sustainably secure inpatient security of supply in the region and to make it fit for the future, Klinikum Hochsauerland GmbH is continuously making investments to modernize and improve the performance of its hospital stations. The digitization of previously analogous processes and processes in hospital operations is a key pillar of this.

In this context, Klinikum Hochsauerland GmbH intends to procure 80 digital visitecar solutions. The business carts serve as a mobile workstation that should effectively support nurses in their daily work. Everyday work directly at the patient's bed is much faster, more efficient and user-friendly with a mobile solution. The digitally networked business cars are part of an intended modernization solution when dealing with inpatient treated patients.

The hospital currently has central hardware and a well-designed Wi-Fi network. In addition to the hospital information system (CGM Medico), there are far-reaching subsystems as IT systems. In addition, a central data network and an expanded WLAN network (based on general network standards) are available or in preparation in all relevant areas of the hospital.

The contractor provides system solutions that can be integrated into the hospital's digital infrastructure.
