Service contract, on behalf of Fedasil, relating to the regular organisation of collective transport of applicants for international protection to and from emergency reception centres, in accordance with the conditions of this CSCh.

The contract covers the long-distance road transport of passengers (+ 200 km per day) organized each day of the working week (Monday to Friday) for a period of six months. Hours of service can extend from 9am to 8pm.

The execution of each journey will be made according to the schedule of departures at the places and times to be determined by the official directing this contract and communicated to the successful tenderer in accordance with the specificities set out in Annex B.

Journeys will be made on a round trip basis in accordance with the practical arrangements laid down by the managing official and taking into account the specifications of the lots. The successful bidder's driver will have to wait on site between each trip.

The market is divided into 2 lots:

• Lot 1 : Jabbeke

• Lot 2 : Glons

This contract is part of this context of urgency, therefore, the minimum deadline for receipt of tenders is 15 days pursuant to Article 36, §3.
