EHL wish to appoint an experienced and qualified contractor(s) to deliver their Gas servicing and breakdowns service to domestic properties, including commercial boilers at blocks. The contract will service approximately 3 160 sites (subject to changes in the Contracting Authority's stock.) Applicants are advised that the services will be divided into 2 lots.

The provision of the service at approximately 3,15 domestic properties own/managed by EHL with an approximate annual value of 385 000 GBP.

The provision of the service at approximately 10 sites properties own/managed by EHL with an approximate annual value of 25 000 GBP.
