The state capital Schwerin, in cooperation with Lambrechtsgrund Betriebsgesellschaft mbH, intends to build the MV cycling center in the parking lot on Wittenburger Straße in Schwerin.

Fire protection planning services must be commissioned in accordance with publication series AHO No. 17 (phased contract).

The order is placed in stages.

- 1st stage: creation of Z-Bau (up to LP 3),

- 2nd stage realization (CP 4, 5 and 8).

Hall building: - upstairs: 250 m cycle track with e.g. 2-field hall in the interior (training hall, no meeting place)

- on the ground floor: function rooms and parking lots
