The subject shall be the supply, delivery, after-sales sercice and supply chain management of the following supplies to Sierra Leone:

- Balance of system solar electricity equipment

- Pico solar electricity products

The materials tendered were part of a previous tender (2014/S 183-322640 Lots 4 and 6). The tender procedure for these two lots has been unsuccessful, as no qualitatively worthwile offer has been received. Therefore slight technical changes have been made which are now back to open market.
