NHS Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group have procured a Framework Agreement for print and associated services. This includes printed forms, stationery and bespoke printed items together with associated print services, with a delivery and collection service to main sites.

The Framework Agreement term is 4 years. The Framework Agreement commenced from 1.4.2019.

The annual budget is approximately 40 000 GBP inclusive of VAT (where applicable). The Framework Agreement will operate on a call off basis as set out in the procurement documents. Payment will be made according to activity undertaken and as stipulated in the Framework Agreement, unless this is altered by mutual agreement of the commissioner and provider at a later date. Please note this is a Framework Agreement and therefore no volume or spend is guaranteed for any framework award.

The key aims of this service are to:

— provide the commissioner with a Framework Agreement for all of their print and associated requirements,

— significantly reduce annual printing costs,

— provide continued cost improvements including rationalisation and standardisation of printed forms,

— innovative proposals are sought for the future development of the service.
