The Les Moulins district is listed as a priority territory under the 2015-2020 city contract.Also, classified as a Priority Security Zone, the Les Moulins district benefits from the New Urban Renewal Programme (Npru), as a Project of Regional Interest.As such, it will benefit from major demolition, construction, requalification and revitalisation operations. It is in this context that the operation to deconstruct the buildings mentioned here has been validated in order to de-densify the heart of the district sector
