A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified by the Ordering Party in the Specification of The Terms of The Contract (SWZ), Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ – a detailed description of the subject of the contract and in the draft contract.

The Contracting Authority informs that pursuant to Article 139(1) of the PPL Act, it may first examine and evaluate the tenders, and then make a subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer has been rated the highest.

The order is not divided into parts. The justification for not dividing the contract into lots is described in Chapter 4 of the SWZ.
