The material scope of the contract includes the total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, logging and skidding of wood and tourist development resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of: Appendix No. 2.1. – planned size of works; Appendix No. 2.2. - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and location; Appendix 2.3.1. – forestry characteristics in terms of timber harvesting; Appendix No. 2.3.2. – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry; Appendix No. 2.3.3. – a list of distances and conditions of skidding wood; Appendix No. 2.3.4. – list of items with additional difficulties in obtaining and skidding; Appendix 2.3.5. – list of items not available for machine acquisition; Appendix 2.3.6. – information on the optimal technology of logging (potential); Appendix No. 2.4.1. - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds); Appendix No. 2.4.2. - list of items not available for renewal made with the help of a planter; Appendix No. 2.4.3. – information on the pitting of seedlings at the planting site. Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Annex 3 to the SWZ. The description of the rules of the procedure for acceptance of forestry works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ. Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ. The regulations to be observed in particular by the Contractor in the implementation of the subject of the contract are described in point 3.2 of the SWZ. The general principles of the implementation of the subject of the contract are contained in point 3.3. SWZ. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks related to the subject of the contract. The Contractor may entrust the implementation of elements (parts) of the subject of the contract to subcontractors. If the contractor intends to perform the subject of the contract with the participation of subcontractors, the contractor is obliged to indicate in its tender the part of the contract (material scopes) that it intends to entrust to subcontractors, and to provide the names of any subcontractors, if they are already known. Such an indication should be placed on the Offer. If no subcontracting is indicated in the Tender, the Contractor will be able to introduce a subcontractor only under the conditions specified in the contract. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ on the basis of an employment relationship persons performing activities in the field of contract performance consisting in the acquisition and skidding of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended. Deaths). The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. Material scope of services constituting the subject of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7). shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract. Deposit for PACKAGE VIII - forestry: Strzebowiska is PLN 2,000.00. Details of the deposit are contained in Chapter 11 SWZ. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Article 139(1), (3) - (4) of the Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party does not require the provision of a performance bond.
