1. The subject of the procedure is to conclude a framework agreement for the purposes of expansion and renewal of maintenance services for the LAN/WAN network solutions based on CISCO technology owned by the Contracting Authority, and for this purpose to select Contractors with the potential to supply the Contracting Authority with all types of CISCO equipment and hardware-related software along with licenses/subscriptions, and their updates, and technical support services (Products) or hardware, software and equivalent services (Equivalent Products) for a period of 36 months from the date of conclusion of the Master Agreement.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the terms and conditions of performance of the subject matter of the contract are set out in the Draft provisions of the Agreement, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Framework Agreement.
