General requirements

At the start of the contract, all requirements under point 1.4 must be met or be able to be met. The contractor may not perform work or take action that is contrary to Swedish legislation or otherwise contrary to what is generally accepted in the contractor's field of work. The contractor may not, on his own initiative, cease collection from any property without the customer being informed of this and there are acceptable reasons stated in the specifications. The contractor is obliged to submit to the inspection and to comply with the directives specified by the customer. The customer has the right to bring in external companies to carry out checks on the contractor based on the requirements set out in the specifications, annexes and agreements. All requirements specified below shall be included in the contract and shall be carried out within the framework of compensations according to the à-price list under item 1.4.9 Price, unless otherwise stated.
