Construction works involving the construction of two ford journeys and one stone rapids. The place of realization of the subject of the order will be the administrative area of the Bielsko Forest District.

During the implementation of the subject of the contract, in addition to the law, the Employer recommends that the contractor be familiar with the actual state of the area covered by the contract, before carrying out construction works; the contractor will be obliged to have a policy or other civil liability insurance document in the scope of the business activity for the entire duration of the contract, for an amount not lower than the value of the submitted offer. All tasks are located in the area covered by Natura 2000 protection.

The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "Reverse procedure" referred to in art. 24aa paragraph 1 and 2 Pzp. Pursuant to the aforementioned provisions, the Awarding Entity will first evaluate the offers and then examine whether the contractor, whose offer has been evaluated as the most advantageous, is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the proceedings.

Contractor based on art. 25a item 2 Pzp shall submit to the e-mail address indicated by the contracting authority the e-mail address as at the day of submission of the statement in the form of EED signed by the contractor with a qualified electronic signature. The document should be prepared in accordance with the standard form set out in the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/7 of 5.1.2016 establishing a standardized uniform European order document (Official Journal of the EU, L series 2016, No. 3, page 16) and in accordance with Chapter 7.1 of the Terms of Reference.
