1. The subject of the order is the delivery of used scientific equipment to the headquarters of the Institute of Electronic Materials Technology in Warsaw at ul. Wólczyńska 133.

2. The subject of the order was divided by the Employer into two separate parts:

Part 1 - System for crystallization of graphene and SiC layers;

Part 2 - CVD system for depositing graphene layers on metallic substrates

3. The subject of the contract includes:

a. Supply and transfer of ownership of equipment;

b. Assembly, installation and commissioning of the device at the place indicated by the Employer;

c. Employer's training in operation and maintenance for max. 3 people within the deadline for the contract indicated in Chapter V of the ToR.
