Kvam Energi Nett, VoNett, and Indre Hordaland KraftNett would like to procure a new grid information system (NIS). The three

companies are part of groups that are active within the following three business areas; electricity grid, broadband,

and energy production. The three companies offer an electricity grid and broadband to both private and business customers within their

respective concession areas, and employ a total of approx. 73 persons. In 2022 the companies had a total

turnover of approx. NOK 295 million.

A new grid information system will be procured, as well as the operation and maintenance of it.

A contract will be signed for the assignment with one and the same tenderer for each of the three companies that are

the contracting authorities in this contest. The contract will be time unlimited and will run until notice is given on the contract,

within the limits of the public procurement rules on duration.
