The subject of the contract includes the construction of 27 photovoltaic micro-installations on public utility buildings in the Trąbki Wielkie Commune.
The aim of the Functional and Utility Program is to indicate the scope of the investment consisting in the supply of equipment components and the execution of installation and assembly works for 27 photovoltaic microinstallations, located on roof slopes and the ground of 27 public utility facilities located in the Trąbki Wielkie Commune.
The main goal of the implementation of the discussed intention is the implementation in the Commune of Trąbki Wielkie of modern technical devices used to generate ecological and zero-emission electricity by photoelectric generators with aggregate peak power: 294.00 kWp, using the conversion of renewable energy carriers of solar origin. It is assumed that the electricity produced by photovoltaic generators will be entirely consumed for the own energy needs of local government facilities at the place of its production. Any balance surpluses of electricity, i.e. energy produced by photovoltaic generation sources, but not consumed at the place of its production, will be introduced into the public low-voltage power grid and settled by dsos with the Commune of Trąbki Wielkie based on the applicable assumptions of the net-billing system operating from 1 July 2022.
The final result of the project is the production of zero-emission solar active ac current electricity, corrected by appropriate coefficients of linear deterioration of peak power of generation sources and annual reduction of emissions of CO2 carbon dioxide harmful to the environment and human health produced in conventional power plants during the combustion process of non-renewable energy carriers, including hard coal and lignite. The implementation of the investment plan assumes a reduction in the amount of active electricity consumed from the public power grid by specified buildings by 299.1 MWh / year compared to the existing state related to energy consumption of 1 026.2 MWh in 2021 and a reduction of CO2 emissions by 208.8 tons / year compared to the existing state. Due to the above assumptions, the implementation of the described investment plan is part of the detailed framework of requirements for the protection of the local natural environment.
