The subject of this invitation to tender is the services of the construction management and the local construction supervision for traffic facilities as well as services for safety and health protection coordination for the fundamental renewal of the Federal Highway (BAB) 2 in the state of Saxony-Anhalt. The section to be followed concerns the Hannover directional road from km 85 + 785 to 92 + 750. The construction costs amount to approx. EUR 16.5 million.

The construction period is expected to start in April 2020 and end in December 2020.

- Object planning of traffic systems (including equipment: in particular vehicle restraint systems, markings, signage, traffic routing during the construction period) Lph 8 (construction supervision) and Lph 9 according to § 47 HOAI i. V. m. Appendix 13, point 13.1,

- Local construction supervision of traffic systems (including equipment: especially vehicle restraint systems, markings, signposting, traffic routing during construction) as a special service in accordance with HOAI 2013 Annex 13, Section 13.1 to Section 47 (2),

- Special / additional services:

- safety and health coordination,

- Supplementary management,

- plan management,

- examination of tendering and execution documents,

- checking third-party bills of quantities,

- compilation of the final invoice file (file),

- inventory management,

- cost control,

- monitoring the construction schedule,

- photo documentation,

- implementation and continuation of traffic concepts / traffic management in the public road network for the construction project,

- monitoring of the duty of care,

- control of the control tests,

- Construction accompanying control surveying.
