The invitation to tender concerns the contract for the supply of an electronic locking system for the contracting entity's access to citizens' private homes. Access must primarily be used by the contracting entity's home care.

For the solution should offer the following:

- Electronic locking devices and key boxes operated by application with Bluetooth connectivity:

- Initially: 645 electronic locks for citizens' private access doors

- Initially 28 electronic locks for community doors in multi-dwelling rooms

- Initially 45 battery-powered electronic nail box
