Supply of electricity for the commune of the city of Tarnów and organizational units of the commune and other entities. The electricity supplied by the contractor must meet the standards set out in § 38 of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system. The order was divided into two parts:

a) Part No. 1 - supply of electricity to 306 consumption points located in distribution networks operated by DSO TAURON Dystrybucja SA, DSO Grupa Azoty SA (according to the location specified in the ToR).

b) Part 2 - supply of electricity to 306 street lighting intake points located in distribution networks operated by DSO TAURON Dystrybucja SA and DSO Grupa Azoty SA (according to the location specified in the ToR)

Supply of electricity to 306 consumption points located in distribution networks operated by DSO TAURON Dystrybucja SA, DSO Grupa Azoty SA (according to the location specified in the attachment to the ToR). The electricity supplied by the contractor must meet the standards set out in § 38 of the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4.5.2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system.

It is anticipated that the number of energy consumption points during the contract period may be increased, e.g. by newly built street lighting, square lighting and illuminations of buildings and walls, as well as newly built or purchased objects or buildings, etc. The contractor will be required to supply energy to the objects specified in the Terms of Reference and to new intake points to be built and connected to the network. The demand for electricity may also increase if the consumption of electricity increases. Any increase in energy consumption and an increase in the number of energy consumption points will be made within the scope of the contract, taking into account the option right.

It is stipulated that the number of energy consumption points during the contract may be reduced in the case of e.g. sale or fire of the building, elimination of lighting, etc. Any reduction in energy consumption will be made within the scope of the contract, taking into account the option right.
