Specialist decontamination cleaning services for Northamptonshire Police, Nottinghamshire Police and Northamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service. This contract shall be 3 years +1 + 1.
We wish to establish a single provider contract for the provisions of decontamination services. There is a requirement for 24/7 provision of specialist cleaning in respect of a number of chemical, biological and chemical hazards.
The services shall include specialist cleaning in respect of the following clinical, biological and chemical hazards:
— HIV hepatitis A, B and C,
— blood,
— fluids,
— excrement,
— saliva,
— scabies,
— weils disease,
— CS spray,
— firearms powder,
— lice,
— fleas.

The contracting authorities wish to establish a single provider contract for the provisions of decontamination services. There is a requirement for 24/7 provision of specialist cleaning in respect of a number of chemical, biological and chemical hazards.
Each of the three contracting authorities will issue their own contract to the provider relating to their anticipated usage and budget; however, the specification requirements will remain consistent.
The provider shall provide specialist cleaning services as fully detailed with the Specification (Section 3). The provider shall respond within 4 hours of receiving a call for service and shall provide the Services 24/7, 365/6 days per annum.
The services shall include but not be limited to, specialist cleaning in respect of the following clinical, biological and chemical hazards:

— fluids,
— excrement,

— weils disease,
— CS spray,
