The Stadtbetriebe Dülmen GmbH intends to partially rebuild, renovate and attract the "düb" leisure pool existing in 48249 Dülmen, Nordlandwehr 99, in the years 2018 to 2019. In addition, the existing interim solution in the management of the "düb" will be replaced by a new administrative area.

The measures are intended to make düb more sustainable in competition with other bathing locations and thus again to become the market leader in the region.

For the implementation of the construction measure a closing time of the object and an interim solution in the outdoor pool to maintain the bathing is provided.

For the construction contracts to be awarded (allocation units / lots), the contract notices are issued in several award packages.

The current contract notice is for lot outdoor facilities.
