The requirement is for a vehicle washing service to be provided at environmentally friendy compliant premises (appropiatley licenced) which are reasonably close to ESB Depots in Limerick District - Depots located in the following areas Limerick City, Newcastlewest, Nenagh, Roscrea, Thurlas, Tipperary Town, Clonmel, Ennis & Kilrush and Tralee District at the following - Tralee, Cahiriciveen, Listowel, Killarney & Kanturk).
