The present call for tenders includes a framework agreement for the supply of coniferous plants of 39 species of trees and shrubs under the "Plant for wildlife" subsidy scheme.

The tenderer shall be responsible for the supply of wild plants in the 2025/2026, 2026/2027, 2027/2028 and 2028/2029 seasons. In the period up to the first delivery in season 2025/2026, the supplier must ensure that the species become available for delivery, but during this period the supplier will not receive orders or any kind of fee or compensation.

The estimated value of the framework agreement is DKK 7600000.

The tenderer who enters the framework agreement is guaranteed all deliveries of the specified species, but will not be guaranteed any minimum turnover at all during the agreement period.

The supply is organized by plants produced at the supplier's own premises, or produced and disseminated from known subcontractors as specified in the tenderer's tender. In the event of a shortage, supply may be agreed to take place through intermediation from subcontractors who are not specified in the tenderer's tender.
