The district of Schweinfurt intends to build a new Alfons Goppel vocational school centre with a general renovation of the existing double gymnasium as well as the demolition of the existing building and the workshop building. This procedure concerns the demolition work.

Carrying out pollutant remediation work with a focus on asbestos-containing components (weakly and firmly bound) and KMF-containing components (artificial mineral fibres; old KMF) with gutting work before building demolition.

- Construction of remediation areas asbestos within the meaning of point 14.5 of TRGS 519, approx. 780 m2

- Construction of redevelopment areas KMF according to TRGS 521, approx. 8,100 m2

- Asbestos-cement sandwich panels (glazed) of the metal façade parapets, approx. 240 m2

- Cleaning/decontamination of dust deposits containing asbestos, approx. 50 m3

- GK cases with asbestos-containing fillers, approx. 110 m2

- FH doors and fire dampers with components containing asbestos, approx. 28 pcs.

- Fittings with asbestos-containing flange gaskets, approx. 60 pcs.

- Pipe insulation with KMF, approx. 2,000 running metres.

- Screed floors with KMF insulation, approx. 450 m2

- KMF insulation on ventilation ducts, approx. 750 m2

- Suspended ceilings with KMF overlays, approx. 8,000 m2

- GK room and corridor partition walls with KMF insulation, approx. 2,900 m2

- Lino, PVC, carpet, tiles, approx. 4,000 m2

- Electrical installations, complete including lighting

- various sanitary facilities (toilets, washbasins, urinals, etc.)

- various furnishing components (curtain strips, polystyrene insulation, etc.)

- various clearing out work (furniture)

- Waste disposal of all components and demolition materials
