Telecommunications lease for the needs of the Regional Police Headquarters in Lublin

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of telecommunications links lease services for the Police units of the Lubelskie Voivodeship, in accordance with the scope and conditions specified in the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ – conditions for the performance of the subject of the contract), which constitute Annexes 1.1 – 1.5 to the SWZ. 2. The scope of the contract and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in the Terms of Contract Specification (SWZ), annexes no. 1.1 – 1.5 to the SWZ (Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ – conditions for the performance of the subject of the contract), Annexes No. 1.1.1 – 1.1.5 (price forms) and in the contract template – Annex to the SWZ.
