The purpose of the contract is the subscription of a construction insurance program relating to the works of Section 1 for the construction of the river infrastructure of the Seine-Nord Europe canal, as well as the transversal risks of the company, broken down into 4 lots for the present negotiated contract: * Lot 1 All Risks Construction & Assembly Tests (for the Montmacq lock), * Lot 2 Owner's Civil Liability, * Lot 3 Environmental Damage, * Lot 4 Owner's Liability. And 4 lots that will be the subject of a separate consultation of the above risks, and which concern operating risks: * General Civil Liability of the Company, * Directors' Civil Liability, * Property Damage and Business Interruption and IT Risks, * Fleet Car and Auto-Mission Insurance. These 4 lots will be subject to an adapted procedure, pursuant to Articles L. 2124-2 and R. 2124-2 of the French Public Procurement Code. These consultations will be launched at a later date

Work in sector 1 as part of the construction of the river infrastructure of the Seine-Nord Europe canal. The associated works and services will be carried out within the geographical perimeter of the municipalities from Compiègne to Passel

The basis to be taken into account concerns all the land acquired and still to be acquired (to date): 600 ha of undeveloped areas and 3,508 square metres of built-up areas. The land stock to be insured covers the initial stock on the date of notification of the contract as well as the land acquisitions made by the SCNSE during the execution of the works. The provisional annual premium shall be adjusted in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Article 1.5 of this CCTP
