The tender is the building and inventory, key loss, natural hazard and glass insurance for the city of Bernburg (Saale).

The total sum insured for buildings is EUR 327,163,152.00 and for inventory EUR 8,634,510.00.

The insured risks are for buildings, fire, tap water, storm/hail and, in the inventory area, burglary. In addition, the risks of loss of keys, malicious damage and glass breakage are insured.

Extended cover for natural hazards is also the subject of the tender.

Offers must be made without a deductible and alternatively with a deductible of EUR 1,000.00 (max. EUR 25,000.00 p.a.).

The deductibles in the natural hazard insurance are different and can be found in the tender documents.

The electronics insurance of the city of Bernburg (Saale) is put out to tender.

This is a flat-rate insurance.

The sum insured is EUR 2,442,472.00.

Offers with a deductible of EUR 250.00 and EUR 500.00 per damage are to be offered.
