The object of the contract are the repair and maintenance services, and maintenance works included in the building trades, -demolitions, land conditioning, sewerage, masonry, roofs, plumbing, sanitary, PCI, insulation, coatings, carpentry and security and protection elements, glazing, paintings, and urbanization-, in Work Centers and EMASESA facilities, as well as adaptation actions of existing buildings, that do not involve structure or foundation, which must be executed in accordance with the technical specifications of the Technical Specifications.
