The scope of works includes, among others: Sorting (segregation) of waste, Loading of segregated waste onto trucks, Transport of waste to the place of its collection or processing, In the case of hazardous waste, transfer to the final recovery operation or final disposal operation by the holder of the waste carrying out such a procedure, Spreading of the area after completion of works. Marking the area by setting up information boards about the ban on dumping garbage.

Upon taking over the land, the Contractor becomes the owner and producer of waste. A detailed description and scope of the service in individual subjects of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the contract "Detailed description and scope of the contract". Other conditions for the performance of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ. Submission of the offer is tantamount to acceptance of the draft provisions of the contract, which will be introduced into the content of the contract.

3.4 The subjects of the contract may not be shared by the Contractors, tenders not containing the full scope of the subject of the contract specified in the partial task will be rejected.

3.5 The scope of work includes, inter alia:

c) development of the acquired land at their own expense,

d) performing works in a manner that ensures the protection of the natural environment and in terms of fire protection as well as occupational health and safety,

e) written notification of the Ordering Party about the planned final acceptance at least 7 days in advance,

f) providing the Ordering Party with proof of transfer of waste to an entity that has an appropriate permit to conduct waste recovery and disposal activities. If the Contractor manages waste in its own installation, the proof of waste transfer may be a weight receipt or a declaration of acceptance of waste for own needs.

c) Regulation of the Minister of Economy, Labour and Social Policy of 2 April 2004 on the methods and conditions for safe use and disposal of products containing asbestos

d) Regulation of the Minister of Economy, Labour of 14 October 2005 on the principles of occupational health and safety in securing and removing products containing asbestos and the training program in the safe use of such products,

e) Other applicable provisions not mentioned above in the scope covered by the contract.

3.9 Before submitting tenders, the Contracting Authority recommends carrying out an on-site inspection on the properties covered by the contract.
