OCCG is commissioning a service to deliver closer to patients' homes based around groups of GP practices, within every GP locality. The aim is to provide greater access to a range of diagnostic tests closer to home, within a community setting. The service will be directly accessible for all Oxfordshire GPs and will only be requested via e-referrals using OCCG Templates.
