The purpose of the contract concerned is the financing of extraordinary municipal expenses, of varying amounts and durations, entered in the 2022 budget and any budgetary changes, as well as the related services, which must be able to be provided throughout the duration of the contract.

According to budget estimates, the drawing right for the year 2022 amounts to a total amount of EUR 5,321,492.77. The tenderer's attention is drawn to the fact that this is a provisional amount and that the drawing right will be exercised for the financing only of investments definitively committed during the financial years concerned, without this entitling the successful tenderer to any compensation.

As an indication and without this indication in any way binding on the Contracting Authority, the drawing right is considered to be divided into 3 categories. One category contains financing of the same duration:

- Category n°1: duration 5 years – fixed rate. Estimated print run: 530,903.52 EUR

- Category n°2: duration 10 years – fixed rate. Estimated circulation: 1,123,189.25 EUR.

- Category n°3: duration 20 years – fixed rate. Estimated circulation: 3.667.400,00 EUR.

- Frequency of charging interest and booking commission to the credit opening: quarterly.

- Periodicity of the depreciation of capital and the imputation of interest: quarterly for interest and semi-annual for capital.

- Type of capital depreciation: progressive tranches (constant annuities).

According to Article 42, §1, 2 ° of the Law of 17 June 2016, the contracting authority may repeat the contract, in agreement with the successful tenderer, for a period of three years after the conclusion of the initial contract.
